Just had a new set of handlebars installed and new floating front rotors. As always, service was well done, parts were ordered in a timely manner and were on hand on the day of my appointment. Most friendly and accommodating staff in North Dakota. Oh, and the bill was lower than expected! Great job, great dealership.

I was attending a Blue Knights conference in Bismarck when my 2009 FLHTCU just quit. One of the conference organizers had me call Rough Rider Harley Davidson. In less than twenty minutes, the OWNER showed up with a trailer and moved my Harley Davidson to the service center. My problem was quickly diagnosed, fixed and I was off and on my way. What a big stress relief. I was not only 950 miles from home, but I had plans for more touring a part of the country I had never seen. I continued on my way accumulating an additional 2500 trouble free miles through seven more states. Thank you Rough Rider for providing the service that allowed me to continue, and enjoy my vacation ride.

my original salesman had the day off on the day I purchased my new bike so I don't think I got the full experience or full run down of all the bikes options. I only had one issue but that was my fault for not looking closer at the options on the sales sheet. the parts and service team had it taken care of in less then a weeks time! I have been into the store many times since purchasing the bike and service staff have been awesome taking care of anything needed!

I've bought three different Bikes from this store. I have always had outstanding service. The staff gets to know you and calls you by name. My last one was a trike and it took some getting used to. I bought my 100 year anniversary 883XLR Sportster 10 years ago. The bike is stylish, and I enjoy it very much. DJ helped me pick out a K&N air filter and a Screaming Eagle pipe back then. I love driving my bike to work when the weather cooperates. Recently, I was really impressed with the service department. I dropped my bike off without a prior appointment. Ben greeted me and was very friendly. My bike wasn't running, and he helped me unload it from my trailer. I requested that they fix my bike and perform routine maintenance. I was expecting a two week turn around, considering the time of year. When I called a week later, I was surprised to find out they had finished my bike the afternoon before, and they were about to call me. I arrived at Roughrider to pick up my bike. The repairs were explained to me in detail, and I thought the price of the repairs was fair. When they wheeled my bike out to me, they had cleaned it up for me, and it looked great. My bike has never ran this good. I have had my bike in for repair at Roughrider before with success, but the current crew has really stepped up their game. I won't hesitate to bring my bike in for any repairs/upgrades needed in the future.

i went to check out some used/new ultra classics. they even took me to the back and garage to check out all of the ultra's they had and bill sr. even told me what they had up in minot. i don't like being crowed and that's one thing that RRHD doesn't do. if that 07 colbalt blue one is still there the first weekend of may it's mine.

Bought 06 Ultra on 6/18/2010. Wally, Coyote Bill, Kelly,Mike, and Bill Stork were awsome to deal with. It was worth a 500 mile trip. Have dealers closer but these guy's are second to none.
